Will
you take payment other than
Paypal?
Yes, if you prefer to make payment by money order, email me and I will
send an order form and payment address.
Can
I make payments? Yes, on
orders of $400.00 or more, a deposit (required to purchase
the fabric and supplies) of $200.00 is required and then the final 2
payments before the item is shipped. If you decide on this option
please email me audrey@audreycarol.com
and I will send you an invoice.

Can you custom make an item based on a sketch?
I'm always happy to look at
sketches. I can't guarantee that
I'll have the time to take on special projects.
Can I supply my own fabric?
No, I cannot
use a customer's
fabric.
How
long until I receive my order?
For the custom shirts and jerkins, please allow 1-2 weeks for
delivery. Doublets and weskits take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Custom
coats and gowns require 4 -6 weeks to ship. Inquire about rush
deliveries.
Most standard orders are shipped USPS Priority mail. If you
need something overnighted there is an additional charge.
If you need your item ASAP please e-mail me. I will try to
accommodate you if at all possible.

measurements when ordering. I can only guarantee that the
item
will fit the measurements you provide. Don't guess at your
measurements. If you're not sure of what you're ordering, please ASK
ME. I'm happy to explain everything you want to know.
Can I cancel my order? If
I
have not purchased fabric and started work on your item, I will issue a
refund.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
POLICY
Returns and exchanges are at my discretion. Please email within 3 days
of receipt of garment if you want a refund or exchange.
All returns must be preauthorized. I suggest that you have
delivery confirmation and insurance on your return, as I can not be
responsible for items until they arrive at my post office
box.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
